This calculator is only a toy; while I have made some effort to make it correspond with the rules specified in the Constitution, it is not my best possible effort. The time I can dedicate to this project is limited, and there will be some flaws in the logic.

One particular flaw is that this calculator knows nothing of the distinction between national and regional party lists. Use these calculations under the assumption that the regional apportionment of seats in the National Assembly is "perfect" (no rounding errors, perfectly proportional to total valid votes cast in each region). I suspect this is why this calculator cannot exactly reproduce the seat allocations of the 2014 general election. If you are patient you can do 10 similar calculations, once for the nationally allocated seats, and another 9 for the regionally allocated seats for each of the regions.

The table of parties is populated with the parties contesting the 2019 national election. Votes won are estimated by scaling existing parties' results in 2014 with the number of registered voters.
